Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan hits EU in summer

NIS America announces partnership with Atlus for summer release

NIS America has partnered up with Atlus to bring JRPG Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titan to EU stores this summer - a slight delay on its originally-expected spring release.

The game released in Japan in July 2012 and arrived in US stores in February 2013. As in those regions, it will arrive at both retail and as a digital download via the 3DS eShop.

NIS says a demo of the game will be released on eShop "early this summer leading up to the game's release".

In Legends of the Titan "players explore beautiful yet menacing realms - each varied in flora and fauna - mapping their journey along the way using the touch screen and their stylus.

"No two games are ever the same, thanks to a character creation and party customization system that encourages experimentation and rewards creativity and imagination."

The developer also says the while the game was "built with older hardcore gamers in mind", a new Casual mode has been added for newcomers to the series.
