HIdeo Kojima has revealed Metal Gear Solid 5 as a cross-pollination of both Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain at a press conference in Los Angeles.
It was previously thought that both projects were separate, though there was much speculation regarding their link.
