DmC DLC: Vergil's Downfall gameplay footage slips out ahead of launch

EU gamers get early access to the new DLC content and share with all

Gamers in European territories have apparently downloaded the Devil May Cry 'Vergil's Downfall' DLC early and begun sharing gameplay footage online.

The DLC isn't due to release until March 5 for consoles and PC, but EU gamers have redeem codes for the download already, resulting in playthroughs emerging via YouTube.

While you may not want to spoil the entire thing, the below video (via Destructoid) is an 18-minute snippet of the early stages of the DLC update, offering a hands-on insight into the treats in store if you're on the fence over picking it up.

Priced at 720 MS Points (£6.17) on Xbox 360 and £7.29 / €8.99 / $8.99 on PS3 and PC, the expansion will introduce "hours of completely new content", according to Capcom.

Letting buyers play as Dante's twin brother, it will feature a fresh storyline, weapons, moves, enemies and locations.
