DmC DLC: Vergil's Downfall slips to early March

New playable character, story and more launching in two weeks

Capcom has announced a slight delay to the release of DmC Devil May Cry DLC Vergil's Downfall.

Originally expected to launch in late February, the DmC Vergil's Downfall DLC will now release on March 5 for consoles and PC.

Priced at 720 MS Points (£6.17) on Xbox 360 and £7.29 / €8.99 / $8.99 on PS3 and PC, the expansion will introduce "hours of completely new content", according to Capcom.

Letting buyers play as Dante's twin brother, it will feature a fresh storyline, weapons, moves, enemies and locations. For more, check out this DmC Vergil's Downfall DLC trailer.

Capcom also released DmC's Bloody Palace mode DLC today. The arena-based challenge mode takes players through "a survival gauntlet of more than 100 levels of demon-crushing, boss-rushing action".
