Japan: PS All-Stars Battle Royale enters chart at No.5

Animal Crossing: New Leaf and 3DS still on top

PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale was the best-selling new game in Japan during the week ended February 3.

Sony's PS3 exclusive debuted at No.5 on the software chart, which was again topped by Animal Crossing: New Leaf. The 3DS game is now on the verge of hitting 2.5 million sales.

Hardware sales were flat week-over-week, with 3DS continuing to lead the chasing pack, according to Media Create data published on NeoGAF.
