First two games receive price cuts following third title's announcement

The Witcher series has surpassed five million sales, according to creator CD Projekt RED.

"This is great news, especially since the 2012 debuted console debut on the Xbox 360 contributed largely to this result."

To coincide with the announcement, CD Projekt has cut the price of The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition for Xbox 360 to $29.99 / 29.99 EUR / 19.99 GBP. The same game, as well as The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut, are available for half their usual price on and Steam until the February 8.
