Bethesda hiring for 'unannounced next-gen console game'

Elder Scrolls dev searching for programmers on unnamed title

Elder Scrolls developer Bethesda Games is looking for staff to work on an unannounced next-generation console title.

So reveals a job listing for a 'Future Generation Console Programmer' on the site of parent company ZeniMax.

"Bethesda Game Studios is looking for experienced programmers to work on cutting-edge technology for an unannounced game on future-generation consoles," reads the listing.

The post calls for candidates with at least 5 years of game development experience, particularly on Xbox 360 and PS3, and says 'experience with DirectX 11' is a plus.

In a surprise announcement last night, Sony released a teaser video inviting fans to "see the future" at an event set for February 20 at 6pm EST - where it is expected to reveal the PlayStation 4.
