Elder Scrolls V Skyrim: Dragonborn DLC hits Xbox Live

Add-on set for release on PS3 and PC early next year

Bethesda has released Dragonborn, the latest DLC for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, on Xbox Live.

Weighing in at 786.95 MB and priced at 1600 Microsoft Points (£13.71), the Skyrim Dragonborn DLC introduces dragon mounting and features a return to Solstheim, the setting for The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind's Bloodmoon expansion.

You can queue up an Xbox Live Dragonborn download here. An official description of the content follows:

With Dragonborn, journey off the coast of Morrowind, to the island of Solstheim. Encounter new towns, dungeons, and quests, as you traverse the ash wastes and glacial valleys of this new land. Become more powerful with shouts that bend the will of your enemies and even tame dragons. Your fate, and the fate of Solstheim, hangs in the balance as you face off against your deadliest adversary - the first Dragonborn.

Bethesda said yesterday that Dragonborn will be available on PS3 and PC "early next year".
