Bethesda appears to have found a solution to troubles plaguing the PS3 version of Skyrim, according to a Tweet.
In August Bethesda offered a bleak outlook for the possibility of DLC for the PS3 edition, announcing that "this is not a problem we're positive we can solve". But all is not lost, because overnight the official Bethesda Twitter account announced that the studio is "close" to getting the content to both PS3 and PC.
The Tweet read: "To update: we're also close on new Skyrim content for PS3 and PC."
The news follows a long history of disappointment for owners of Skyrim on PS3: in addition to game-breaking bugs, none of the three expansion packs have yet been made available on the console.
Bethesda released details on the third piece of Skyrim DLC earlier this week.
