Black Ops 2 multiplayer playable at Gamescom

Go hands-on with Treyarch's FPS in Germany next week

Activision has announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 multiplayer will be playable at Gamescom from day one of the show on August 15.


Attendees will be able to go-hands on with the Xbox 360 version of the game at the Black Ops 2 booth, and Activision has teamed up with Microsoft to live stream gameplay footage and interviews with members of developer Treyarch over Xbox Live,,, Facebook and Twitch TV.

Gamescom organiser Koelnmesse has said it expects over 300 new products and game premieres at this year's event. More than 370 exhibitors have signed up to show off their wares at next week's trade fair, which takes place in Cologne, Germany from August 15-19.
