Xbox hit Limbo finally lands on PS3

Arty platformer makes its way to US PSN

Critically acclaimed Xbox Live platformer Limbo has finally been released on PSN in North America.

The previously 360-exclusive title is available now on US PlayStation 3 consoles, and in Europe it'll be up for download tomorrow.

Next month the game will hit Steam across the globe on August 2. In addition developer PlayDead has released the game's soundtrack via iTunes.

The puzzle platformer was released via XBLA on July 21 last year, and has remained an exclusive on the system up to now.

Amongst a plethora of accolades, the title picked up the Best Visual Art gong at the Game Developers' Choice Awards in March.
